Hide Unused Roster Features

Admins can now hide roster features that aren't in use, decluttering the Roster Planning page and the Actions menu for their organisation.
A new Roster Building Features
 section is available under Settings
 > Roster Settings
, where you can toggle the following on or off:
Roster Patterns
Roster Templates
Build from Regular Hours
Instant Build
Roster Ratios
Day Part Ratios
Disabling a feature hides its links across the roster. All features are enabled by default, so nothing changes unless you adjust them. 
Note: this is currently only available for organisations on the new roster layout.
