Employee Skills Tracking

We're introducing an Employee Skills feature
 in Tanda HR, letting you build a library of skills, assign them to employees with a proficiency rating, set minimum requirements for positions
, and identify gaps across your workforce.
This feature is gradually being released to all HR customers. You may not see this in your account yet.
Skills can be assigned manually from an employee's profile, or automatically through Skill Assessments. Each skill tracks the level achieved
, when it was awarded
, and an optional expiry date
.
Skills are also visible to the Roster Agent
, so you can request skill-based coverage when building a roster.
This also includes two new reports: Skill Gap Analysis
 and Current Skills
.
