Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) integration through Trust ID

You can now request enhanced DBS checks through Trust ID for both new starters and existing employees, directly within Workforce.

Once a check is requested, employees complete their details via a secure link, and admins can review and submit the application. Status updates are tracked in-product, keeping both employers and employees informed throughout the process.

This helps streamline compliance checks and reduces manual admin when onboarding or managing staff.
