Following a recent update, you can now customise your job stages (e.g. 'Shortlisted', 'Interviewed', 'Offered', etc.) in Tanda Hire, giving you far more flexibility and personalisation options.

To do so, navigate to
Hire > Settings > Stages.
From there, you can perform several actions, such as: - Creating new stages (via + ADD NEW STAGE).
- Renaming stages and changing the colour coding (via the EDITbutton).
- Nominating whether you can schedule interviews at this stage (via the EDITbutton).
- Nominating whether emails should be sent when a candidate progresses to this stage (via the EDITbutton).
- Nominating whether this stage should show in total "applicant" counts (e.g., you would exclude rejected applications from this count, but users may also want to exclude hired/offered applicants)
- Re-ordering most of the stages, except for the first and final stages, which are locked.
