Customisable Email Templates: 'Next Steps'

The 'Next Steps' onboarding email, sent to employees after they complete onboarding, can now be customised alongside the 'Invitation to Tanda' email under Settings
 > Organisation Notifications
 > Customise Standard Emails

Customisation is disabled by default, so existing onboarding emails will remain unchanged until a custom template is enabled.
