Customisable Email Templates

Customisable Emails are now live. In this release, you can update the

Invite to Tanda

email to better match your organisation’s tone and branding.

By default, customisation is turned off, so the email will remain unchanged unless you choose to enable it. You can preview, edit, enable or reset the custom template at any time under

Customise Standards Emails

When enabled, all new 'Invite to Tanda' emails will use the customised version. You can also reset the template at any point to return to the default Invite to Tanda email.

What’s New

Use HTML and the Liquid templating language to customise the email employees receive
Pre-built design components, including light and dark sections, CTA buttons, and app store links
Preview the email to see how it will look before enabling it

Notes

The Tanda logo cannot yet be removed
Images must be hosted externally and added through links, rather than uploaded to Tanda
Custom CSS is not supported
