Custom Talent Pools (Tanda Hire)

Candidates can now be added to , a way to tag and group applicants (such as those who were strong but didn't fit the role they originally applied for), so you can find them easily for future openings.

Add candidates to pools by selecting candidates and using on the > or pages, then filter or search by pool to find the right people when a new role comes up.

Pools can be renamed or deleted from the option on the page.
