Newly created contracts and contract templates in Tanda will support Liquid Syntax, allowing you to create more dynamic and contextual employment contracts.
This means you can include if statements, conditional text blocks, and dynamic content that appears based on specific employee data in newly created contract templates. For example, you can show different contract clauses based on an employee's position or include specific terms only when certain conditions are met.
This enhancement is particularly valuable for organisations with diverse roles or varying contract requirements. Instead of creating multiple templates, you can now build comprehensive templates that adapt their content automatically based on employee information.
Please note that these changes will not apply to any existing contract templates.
