You can now request a candidate’s availability as part of the hiring process.
When a candidate reaches a chosen stage (for example, Shortlisted), they’ll receive an email prompting them to submit their availability. Once completed, their availability is displayed on the candidate details page and, if they’re hired, carries through to their employee profile.
Admins can configure a default availability email, deadline and triggering stage for each job ad under 
Edit Job
> Candidate Availability
, or for all new job ads under Job Ad Defaults.
