We have changed how declined shifts appear in the Tanda Mobile App to give managers better visibility and prompt them to reassign these shifts.
Following these changes, status pills will now appear on shift cards in the Mobile App (e.g., Pending, Accepted, or Declined). For example:
Previously, when an employee declined a shift, it was removed from any Mobile App views (except for the Draft Roster) and was only viewable for managers via the desktop roster. As such, this change gives managers far better visibility and clarity over declined shifts.
