Change to 'Maximum Shift Setting' Pay Check Default
We are changing the default setting for the Pay Check ‘
The worked shift is longer than the Organisation’s maximum shift setting’
from Disabled to Blocking. 
Generally, shifts exceeding the maximum shift length threshold represent bad data, so making the default setting ‘blocking’ prevents bad data from ending up in a pay run.
If employees regularly work beyond the maximum shift length setting in your organisation, you should consider either:
- Increasing the maximum shift length setting (located under the advanced settings for Timesheets), or;
- Disabling this Pay Check via the Central Pay Check Report
This change is being made based on customer feedback. If you have not previously altered the default setting for this check, the change will apply. No change will be made for any customers who have already modified this Pay Check from the original default position.
