Categorisation of User Files

You can now assign document types to any files uploaded under on an employee profile. This includes categories such as Warnings, Contracts, Documents, Performance Reviews, Training, Forms, and File Notes.

Select under the Notes & Files tab on a user profile and select the before uploading a file

Categorised files will appear in the relevant sections of an employee profile, as well as in department-wide indexes. Uploaded files also show an label so you can easily distinguish them from Tanda-generated records.

This update helps make Tanda a single source of truth for employee documents, including historical files created outside the platform.
