Cash Out Leave When Employment Type Changes
You can now automatically cash out leave in Tanda Payroll when an employee moves from a
leave-accruing employment type
(e.g. Full Time or Part Time) to a non-accruing type
(e.g. Casual). Previously, leave would only be automatically cashed out on termination. What’s new
New option in payslips:
If an employee’s Pay Conditions change to a non-accruing type during a pay cycle, a “+ Pay Out Leave on Employment Change”
button will appear on their payslip.
This will automatically add the employee's leave balance to the
Cashed out Leave
section of the payslip. Only leave types with the "Unused leave balance is paid out on termination
" setting enabled will be cashed out.New payslip paychecks:
See which balances can/can’t be paid out upon employment change.
Payment rates
: Leave paid out due to an employment type change automatically uses the hourly rate from the employee’s previous employment conditions.
