Business Day Cutoffs

We've introduced a new Business Date Cutoff setting
. The business date cutoff is the time that one business day ends and the next begins, so that costs and revenue can be consistently allocated to the correct day. This setting allows for a single source of truth when looking at different reports and statistics.
This value can be configured both org-wide and per location.
