Breaks: Automatically build compliant breaks from managed award templates 🚀

One click break compliance is here! 
When enabling
 a new managed award template in Tanda, compliant break rules in line with the award will be automatically created. 
This functionality won’t affect accounts with managed award templates already enabled, only templates that are enabled moving forward. The compliant rules will apply to any employees on the award.
