Block Availability When Declining Shifts

When an employee declines a future shift or hands it away through a swap or replacement request, a temporary unavailability request can now be created to block that time in their availability
. This prevents them from being offered a slot they've already turned down.
The employee chooses whether giving up/declining the shift should block their availability.
If your organisation requires manager approval for shift changes, the manager can then confirm or adjust that choice
 before the temporary unavailability is created.
