We have updated our “Consecutive Days Worked” Custom Award Rule parameters.
Previously, this rule only checked for consecutive days worked over the previous two weeks. Now, we have added more flexibility by introducing two new fields to the Custom Award Rule creation form (accessible via
Time & Attendance > Compliance > Custom Award Rules > Manage
).
Specifically, we have added a checkbox to ‘use the staff’s overtime averaging period for consecutive days worked.’ Additionally, we have added a field to nominate the minimum number of weeks an employee’s overtime averaging period must be for the rule to apply. For example:
