Award Rule Condition for Exceeding Daily RHW

We've introduced a new Award Rule condition: . This causes the rule to apply once the hours set in the employee’s Regular Hours of Work are exceeded for that day.

This also accounts for shift acceptance, so if the employee has agreed to different hours for the day, the rule will look at the adjusted hours instead of what is in their Pay Conditions.
