Avoid over-rostering with the maximum qualification hours key alert

A key alert can now notify managers if an employee will go over their qualification max hours.

This is triggered on employee clock out, and calculated by adding timesheet hours and future rostered hours. If this figure is over 'Maximum Hours per Week' as set in qualifications, the manager receives a notification.

This is beneficial for businesses with student visa workers, who have hours restrictions during study periods.
