Choose a starting point (regular hours, a template, a previous week, or a roster pattern), and the agent will factor in staff availability, leave, past scheduling patterns, public holidays, and budget targets to propose a complete plan for your review.

Once the proposed shifts are approved, you can continue chatting with the agent to make further adjustments or edit the roster manually as usual.
