Automatic Rejection for Screening Question Answers (Tanda Hire)

You can now mark an answer on a job ad screening question as required
. Any applicant who selects a different option is automatically rejected.
To configure a question as required, tick Required answer?
 next to the correct option in the job's screening questions. This works only for single-answer multiple-choice questions.
Auto-rejected applicants show Wrong answer
 as the rejection reason. On the candidate's profile, the specific answer that didn't meet the requirement is highlighted:

Marking an answer as required
 applies retroactively to existing applications in the pipeline, auto-rejecting those applicants. 
Applications from SEEK or Indeed will show the Wrong answer
 marker but are not automatically rejected yet.
