Automatic Job Ad Expiry

Job ads in Tanda Hire can now after a set number of days. This helps keep your job board up to date and prevents candidates from applying to roles that are no longer active.

Organisations can set a default expiry period in ATS settings, and each job can also have its own customised expiry date. Once a job expires, it automatically stops accepting applications.

1. Go to ATS Settings and set your organisation's default job expiry period

2. When creating new jobs, the expiry date will be auto-populated. You can adjust individual job expiry dates as needed in the job ad editor
