Several new improvements are now available in the HIGA Managed Template, including:
  • Expanding the ordinary hours minimum engagement functionality for full-time and part-time employees so that minimum engagement award rules will only trigger when ordinary hours have been worked in the shift/day.
  • Automatic overtime award rules for when part-time employees work outside of their availability.
  • Expanded automation of the functionality that automates overtime when a permanent employee works more than eight days of more than 10 ordinary hours in a 4-week cycle.
  • The functionality to allow for TOIL Tracking, Expiry Notifications and Payouts.
Clients will have until Tuesday, June 17th, to voluntarily update the HIGA Managed Template in their accounts. To do so, navigate to
Time & Attendance > Compliance
and select 'manage' next to the appropriate award template.
For those who do not opt in, the
Award Template will automatically be updated in accounts from Wednesday, June 18th.
