HR subscribers can now add forms to the onboarding process to collect additional information from new hires 📋.
To make a form available during onboarding, navigate to
HR > Forms > Form Templates.
Click edit on the template you wish to add and navigate to the Settings tab. Then, tick ‘Available to be assigned when onboarding a new Employee.’

The selected form will now be available to send during onboarding. To send it, navigate to the Employee Onboarding tab and commence a new onboarding request. Next, during Step 1, under the ‘Employment Information’ section, select the forms you want to attach 📋.

The employee will then be prompted to fill out these forms during onboarding ✅.
