You can now search candidate applications in greater detail within Tanda under Hire

The Candidate Search
 feature allows you to search multiple terms at once, use negative search (exclude certain results), and save queries for repeated use.
Saved Queries
 can be private, or you can make them public for other users in your organisation to use.
Advanced search queries can include:
Name/email/phone
Previously set hire status
Age
Last applied date
Positions of jobs the candidates have applied to
Locations of jobs the candidates have applied to
Specific jobs the candidates have applied to
Resume text content
Cover letter text content
