We've just released
Activity Codes
for rostered shifts in Tanda.Activity codes let you
label shifts on your roster by the type of work being done
, such as Cleaning or Training. Codes appear as a colour band on the shift card so you can see at a glance what is rostered, and shifts can be split into multiple activities with different codes.
Note:
Activity codes are only available through the new rostered shift detail menu
here. This feature is still part of the gradual rollout.This feature also includes a report for tracking the costs attributed to each Activity Code.
