2FA Required for Users with Access to Sensitive Employee Data

Users with any permission role that includes access to sensitive employee information 
(such as personal details and payroll data) are now required to have two-factor authentication (2FA) set up
 on their account. Previously, this was only enforced for Admin/Payroll Officer roles. 
Eligible users will be prompted to configure 2FA immediately upon logging in and will be unable to use Tanda until it's set up
.
Any authenticator app can be used for 2FA. 
Note that this will not
 apply to users that only have the employee role.
