The ability to choose from all available information on TANDA and present it in one place (excel, etc) see attached image of previous T&A software.
E.g. Before processing payroll have in one place, rostered vs actual per day, per employee, and which manager has approved the shift so we may track down why the variance occurred. We would also like to see which employees have run in O/T so we may find out why before we process their pay (incase a staff member doesn't clock out after their shift and stays for a chat). Thank you.

Tanda has limited capability to report. I would like to be able to build my own reports and extract whatever data the system holds into a csv or other type of report. i would also like the ability to have my own report regularly sent to me if required. I am not able to work with API's so a report in the system that i can manage would be a lot better

The ability to create a report that allows us to easily see rostered vs actual with which manager has approved the time sheet will allow us to check the variance directly with the source and determine the reason for the variance before payroll is processed.

Admin5 hi all, I replied but had no response. Essentially I want a reporting feature that allows me to extract any data I want so I can export to excel. Then I can create the reports I need. As simple as dob of staff to costs incurred over a time period for that employee etc... Current reporting is too rigid and doesn't allow for a business to determine what they want rather than what tanda is telling them to want
