The ability to choose from all available information on TANDA and present it in one place (excel, etc) see attached image of previous T&A software.
E.g. Before processing payroll have in one place, rostered vs actual per day, per employee, and which manager has approved the shift so we may track down why the variance occurred. We would also like to see which employees have run in O/T so we may find out why before we process their pay (incase a staff member doesn't clock out after their shift and stays for a chat).
