Large organisation with almost 1000 staff in one account. As a result, when adding staff to teams, searching and selecting staff from the 1000 staff drop-down is not ideal.
What would be ideal, is to add a field on a staff's profile, labelling them as e.g. North Sydney and then having a 'select field' button above the 'select staff' drop down option, which would then only display North Sydney employees in the following staff drop down.
This is useful because the employees will be allocated to the job depending upon their local area.
