If an employee clocks out before the end of their rota shift then the timeclock displays a reason box for the staff member to complete.

Hey All!
We have released a new feature Time Clock Questions that allows you to do just this!
Admins can now find a new section in general setting at my.tanda.co called time clock. There you can setup a question just like this for your staff to answer as they clock out!

Hey everyone, we have a new feature coming out shortly that will enable you to create a question on the time clock exactly like this!

Basically the feature enables Tanda admins to create questions which will be asked on one of the following conditions:

clock-in
early clock-in
late clock-in
unscheduled clock-in
and the same on conditions on clock out.

The answers will then be added as a note on the shift in Tanda.

Maybe the same can be applied for those clocking out AFTER their shift has finished. If longer than 15 minutes.
