Hi everyone I have some great news today. We have just released the ability to automatically fill leave requests either from Regular Hours of Work or from Published or Unpublished rosters.

Even better you can set the order in which Tanda fills the leave request. For example you can set the first option as Regular Hours of Work, but if the employee doesn’t have any regular hours it can fill from Published Roster. This is the recommended setup as we extend the Regular Hours functionality to be useful for even more staff e.g. Full Time staff, or Fortnightly regular hours.

If you're filling from the roster you must check that the leave request only includes ordinary hours (e.g. does not include hours the employee would not have worked or that would have been overtime).

Head to General Settings > Time Off > Autofill Leave to set this up. The setup can also be different for different staff - just use Tanda tags.
