1) Have the ability to add qualifications that aren't necessarily a licence. i.e. Inductions, training such as first aid, BFM, driver trainers etc. In the qualifications on an employee profile, I have been able to change the titles but it still says 'Licence Number', so I place the date the induction was completed and an expiry date as when they are due to conduct another induction. This would be great if it was editable to be able to change options if they aren't specifically licences that we are listing as a qualification.
2) Under Drivers Licence, an option to select what type of Licence they hold. i.e. C, HR, HC, MC etc. This would be very helpful being a Transport Company. Than on the teams where we list our Runs as our teams, we can select under 'qualifications' exactly what licence they must hold to be able to conduct that run and in a specific vehicle.

The qualifications section can be used for storing other documents.

We can either use the custom field to add a notation for part 2 of your problem, or alternatively I think Denese's suggestion is a good idea.

It would also be beneficial if there were as box for automatic cars only.
Since my original comment I now include the class of d/l after the licence number so I don’t have to open the attachment

Denese Francis: Hi Denese, these are the sorts of customisations other clients look to address using custom fields - although I do think your work around of including a notation in the number is a good solution.

Yes these suggestions sound great. I would like to have the system notify/email staff when they have qualifications due to expire.
