Option to add termination date to employees profile

Currently there is no option to add a termination date to an employees profile. When deactivating staff, could it be possible to add a termination date before they become 'former staff'.

Thanks everybody for voting on this item. We now have termination dates in Tanda 🎉
They appear under 'Employee Start Date' on the employee's profile.
For Xero and MYOB AccountRightLive users, soon this date will automatically sync from your payroll to Tanda.

I totally agree! This is something that I have requested too. Especially for if a member of staff who leaves and then comes back. Also for referencing ex-staff etc

Renee: Hi Renee this would be very helpful as we have seasonal workers and we would be able to easily see when they last worked for us. It would also be extremely helpful if we were able to put in a comment on why they left and what sort of employee they were
