Hey everyone who voted, we now show a happy birthday message to staff in the Tanda app.
We are also working towards showing the whole team when it's a team-member's birthday inside the Tanda app.

I would also like to have the ability to export the birthdays into a calendar (google, outlook). This would work well as a reminder, especially if we want to plan a celebration.

In the Staff page, click the Tools dropdown and click Birthday Calendar.
You can then subscribe to Birthday or Anniversary calendars on the top right of that page.

We currently have a page that list all birthdays and staff anniversaries but this a little out of the way.
By highlighting them on the staff page I think it draws more attention and encourages managers to celebrate these milestones.
