Firstly the issue where you cannot select more than one employee on the unavailability calendar is now fixed.
Secondly, I want to understand how you use the unavailability calendar a little more, do you usually have it open at the same time you are trying to create a roster?
The reason I ask is because unavailability is flagged on the roster so you should know who is unavailable and on the roster you can filter to each team and location.
On staff view unavailability will be shown as a little block, additionally in the employee picker staff who are unavailable will have an orange traffic light next to their name.
