Hey everyone,
Just letting you know that yesterday we released a number of improvements to time off. Included in this release is the ability for you to view unavailability requested dates and times.

There is a function in Tanda already to set that no unavailability can be entered within 2 weeks from todays date. This is how I use Tanda currently to ensure no one can do unavailability once my 2 weeks roster is completed.

I think all unavailability casual employee or not should still require manager approval to make sure that there aren't too many unavailable at once.

there's actually now a new report you can get that tells you who entered unavailability recently. although it's a start, it's too generic and so not enough to help us. there should be something to warn manager or staff that too many are unavailable on a certain day, etc. etc.

I agree. When managers click on an employees unavailability, there should be a timestamp on the bottom.
