Hi everyone, we've added the option to add custom questions, and customisable forms, to onboarding. Give them a go and let us know what you think! We're going to keep making improvements to this in the near future, so if you have any feedback please add it either here or as a new item in Canny :)

Hello everyone, we are currently working on this one. You will be able to upload training documents and create custom forms for staff to fill out / read as a part of their initial onboarding process.

We have quite a lot of paperwork as part of our hiring process. Quite a few policies, RSA or Visa / VEVO requirements. As part of the onboarding, it would be great if we could have new staff automatically have to upload their RSA/ VEVO/ "echo sign" any policies. Currently it is a 2 step process with hiring as they do Onboarding Tanda plus all the other paper work.

the policies could be like ALL of those privacy statements we come across "tick this box once you have read the policy" and maybe have something in fine print (if you would like a printed copy - click here.

I would further like an authority for staff to receive their Payment Summaries electronically by email

Another would be to be able to add info on each sites Tanda rules and requirements of workers - a bit like a Tanda induction.

Elizabeth Haverfield PJ McMillan For Australian customers, we include a link to the Fair Work statement in the email/SMS staff get when you invite them to use onboarding. The link points here: https://www.fairwork.gov.au/employee-entitlements/national-employment-standards/fair-work-information-statement
If you find that staff are not seeing it and asking about it later, let us know and we can look into making it more prominent.

Would like to be able to have for example all full timers ticked automatically to show averaging over a fortnight rather then having to go back into these staff to add once they have loaded from the payroll system
