I would like to have Salary staff not required to clock in but still have access to time off options and rosters. I have the rest of the staff casual or fulltime which I need to have clock in and out

Can it be set up for salary staff to have their hours set up so that it auto populates each week instead of having to manually put in for each pay run. Our salary staff have a set amount of hours each week and surely the system could be set up so that these times are brought in automatically

Update, the request is with regards to notifications for employees 'forgetting to clock in'. The team need to be able to see where and when the salaried employees are on but if the employees have a roster they will receive an alert when they don't clock in. Would be great to set up key alerts on an employment type basis

Hi Rachel Newman, thanks for getting in touch. It is possible for salaried employees to purely use the time-off & rosters functionality. Are you having trouble with this?

Saxon: Hi, i agree and would love it if our salaried not need to clock in or out. This will not show them as late on the dashbord and here timesheets will be automatically approved. If you can show me how this is done that would be fantastic

Jenny Weston: Hi Jenny, after speaking with Rachel I posted the update. Currently, if an employee has a roster they will show as late on the dashboard if they fail to confirm their times. but be sure to vote for this idea - our developers use canny to prioritize development
