Hi Sam, catching up some posts here apologies it took so long to reply. You can change the expense account on each pay item to suit - Tanda will set up managed pay items based on the overall org expense account setting in Xero upon integration, but you can definitely change them one by one as per normal. NZ Test Account: Hi Nick, is that new? Because in June 2020 I spoke to Tanda support and was advised it was not possible if using Managed Awards, which is why I was directed here to make a feature request.

Sam Gray: Unsure sorry, but can confirm you can alter each pay item. I've tested in Xero demo account and confirmed with our lead developer. Interested to hear if you notice different behavoir though. Shoot me an email on partners@tanda.co if you want to chat further.
