Fixed Pay Rate Leave Types

Tanda Payroll now supports Fixed Rate Leave Types
. This is designed for leave types such as parental leave or workers compensation, where employees are paid a fixed amount provided by a government body or insurer (for example, a set daily payment).

You can now choose from the following payment methods in the Leave Type:
Multiplier (the existing behaviour)
Fixed per day
Fixed per week
Fixed per hour
Tanda will automate the statutory payment rate for parental leave by selecting the 'Use automated Services Australia Parental Leave Pay rate" option.
The STP type will need to be set to "paid parental leave" for this setting to be visible.
Once configured, approved leave requests will export to payslips using the selected fixed rate:

This feature is currently available for Tanda Payroll customers only
Fixed rate payslip lines are not directly editable. To adjust units or payment amounts, update the leave request and recalculate/export the timesheets again
